How information is handled
Privacy in plain language
This demo keeps lead handling transparent and limits what it records.
Demo privacy summary
Collect less and explain the rest
This is a pre-launch policy for the functioning demo. Production details remain blocked until the receiving system and retention terms are confirmed.

What this demo collects
Estimator inputs describe a house and fuel use. The guided estimate collects the same kind of answers. Booking and contact forms may collect contact details only when you choose to submit them.
How demo submissions behave
This demonstration logs a success or validation result without logging names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, dates, or other personal form values. It does not send a production lead.
Consent choices
Transactional contact consent and marketing consent are separate. Marketing consent is optional and neither choice is preselected.
Retention before launch
Production retention periods, processors, and deletion procedures must be confirmed before public lead delivery is enabled. Until then, the demo remains non-transmitting.

Privacy questions
What happens in this build
Does the demo send form fields?
No. Demo actions log only a form name, a result, the demo mode, and an optional non-personal branch label.
Is marketing consent required?
No. Marketing consent is a separate optional checkbox and is not selected by default.
Are production retention terms final?
No. Retention periods, processors, access controls, and deletion procedures must be confirmed before production lead delivery is enabled.
